We hope you are over the moon with your new shoes! However, if it turns out that they are not suitable for whatever reason, you can return the unused item to us for a refund within 28 days. We just ask that you first contact us advising us you wish to return your item. Please return them in the same condition you received them in, and in their original packaging. We recommend you use a courier with tracking such as www.myhermes.co.uk they are competetive and easy to use.
Please remember to include a covering letter with your name and address, your order number, the reason for returning the item and whether you want a refund or an exchange. (if exchanging please include £3 for our outgoing delivery costs). The item you wish to exchange for can be written with the return details.

If the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched, once confirmed via email pictures we will be able to offer a refund for the product and supply you with a returns My Hermes label (UK only). If you believe you have been sent the incorrect item, please double check the full details of the product, including the UK size before returning the item to us. Sorry, but we are unable to take back used worn goods which are unsuitable or don't fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.
